April 15 | Sat | Pickleball PRIZE MONEY Round Robin

Updated: Mar 22, 2023

This Round Robin is set for April

Description

Hey everyone and welcome to the Wildflower Pickleball Prize Money Round Robin.

This round robin is perfect for players looking for organized, level based play and most important, guaranteed play. Utilizing the DUPR rating systems gives opportunity for players to compete and increase their rating in addition to providing fair and equal play.

Here is how this works:

When you register, you will be placed into a pool of 8 players ( including yourself ) and you will be partnering with everyone in your pool giving you a different partner each game.

Players will play a total of 7 games and the games will be played to 11 points winning by 1.

After each game, players will report their score and be paired with a different partner for the next game.

After the round robin is done for your pool, the player with the highest amount of points will win that pool and be awarded their money prize.

Players that come in 2nd and 3rd will also receive money prizes as well.

1st Place Gets - $50

2nd Place Gets - $25

3rd Place Gets - $10

In the event of a tie, players will split the prize money.

All prizes will be in the form of a pre loaded debit card.

Matches will NOT be reported to DUPR for this specific event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will you host round robins where we can bring a partner instead of rotating partners?

A: No, for this specific event you do not need one.

Q: Will there be a round robin where its mix doubles.

A: Yes, we will host those as well.

Q: I don't have a DUPR rating. Can I still participate?

A: Yes of course but you will need to do the following:

This will Take Less Than 2 Min

1. Download the DUPR app on your smart phone and create a free account. Make sure you use the same name as you use for signing up for this round robin.

2. Although you won’t have a rating yet because your new to DUPR, you will be in the DUPR system.

3. Now the next thing is to simply select the division that best fits your skill level and experience on the registration form.
