New Court Reservation System
Members, as all of you are aware, we are changing systems for tennis/pickleball reservations effective September 1.
The new system is called COURT RESERVE.
Members of Wildflower will be able to reserve tennis/pickleball courts in addition to signing up for drills/clinics, events, socials etc. through their CLUB LIFE APP.

YOUR COURTS will be DEACTIVATED Sept 1
A Step by Step guide is listed below to help you transition over the COURT RESERVE. This is very simple and easy.
All Members are required to use the new system COURT RESERVE starting Sept 1
If you are currently enrolled into a drill or clinic, you will automatically be put in the new system. Meaning you will not have to sign up again for the drill.
If you have a court reservation in the next 48 hours, you will still have your court reserved. Please remember, going forward you will. have to use COURT RESERVE.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE | HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR COURT RESERVE
This process is very simple.
Download the CLUB LIFE APP from the smart phone app store.
2. Sign in using your Club Corp username and password.
If you DO NOT know your username name and password, you need to contact our
Membership Relations Coordinator | Meagan Justice at 254-771-1177 OPTION #5
She will give you the username and password associated with your membership.
3. After you have signed up, you will choose the option to "Book a Court" through your CLUB LIFE APP
4. After clicking, the system will forward you to COURT RESERVE.
** You will NOT have to create another username and password.
COURT RESERVE fully integrates with your CLUB LIFE APP credentials and will give you automatic access.
5. Once you are in, you may reserve a tennis court or sign up for drills/events/socials, etc.
If you are coming from YOUR COURTS, you will notice that the settings are the exact same and you will be very familiar with the member user interface.
